ועידת ריאד 2025 היא סימולציה מדינית-אסטרטגית ראשונה מסוגה בישראל, המיועדת לבחון כיצד ניתן לתרגם הזדמנות אזורית למציאות מדינית חדשה.
הסימולציה ביוזמת ד"ר רונית לוין-שנור ופרופ' דפנה יואל מאוניברסיטת תל אביב.

מטרות הוועידה

    • להמחיש תהליכים דיפלומטיים מורכבים בסביבה ריאליסטית.
    • לעורר חשיבה אסטרטגית וחדשנית בקרב מקבלי החלטות, מומחים והציבור.
    • לבחון תרחישים גיאופוליטיים אפשריים במזרח התיכון ולגבש תובנות מעשיות.
    • ליצור פלטפורמה לחשיבה ביקורתית ולהשפעה על שיח מדיני-ציבורי

ועידת ריאד 2025 – הסימולציה – מדמיון מדיני למציאות חדשה.

נושאים עיקריים

הוועידה תתמקד בשני צירים מרכזיים: מדיני-ביטחוני וכלכלי-תשתיתי, עם דגש על הנושאים הבאים:

  • שיתופי פעולה אזוריים: קידום נורמליזציה ובריתות אסטרטגיות במזרח התיכון.
  • ביטחון ומאבק בטרור: דרכי פעולה משותפות נגד איומים אזוריים.
  • התמודדות עם משברים אזוריים: בניית מנגנונים ליציבות אזורית.
  • שיתופי פעולה כלכליים: קידום יוזמות תשתיתיות וכלכליות חוצות גבולות.
  • עצמאות מדינית ויציבות פנימית: יצירת מנגנונים לשמירה על ריבונות המדינות המעורבות.
  • מוסדות אזוריים: הקמת מסגרות משותפות לניהול דיאלוג ושיתוף פעולה מתמשך.
